About Us
OUR HISTORY
Beginning his journey in 1986, we founded A F ST. Rose Development, Inc. in Brooklyn, N.Y. As CEO, we provided property management services for commercial and multifamily buildings, offering their clients transparency and accountability. Expanding their operations, we catered to Housing HUB, Public Schools, Private Schools, and Hospitals throughout New York City, even establishing two new departments, Real Estate Mortgage Funding, and Renovation/Remodeling. Their achievements included the construction of 7 Eleven stores in Long Island, emphasizing teamwork and customer commitment.
In 1996, we launched our second venture, MRW Renovations, Inc., furthering the vision from their first company while pursuing larger growth opportunities. Our work spanned nationwide and overseas, including renovation projects for colleges in Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens, and prestigious hotels such as the Word Disney Hotels, Hyatt, Marriott, Hilton, and the Trump International Hotel & Tower Panama. In 2016, the subject started their third business, A & A Renovation, LLC., continuing to serve Five Star Hotels and the Commercial Industry with commitment and integrity. Significant projects included remodeling U.S. Military Housing in Kentucky, the San Juan Casino Hotel in Puerto Rico, and commercial properties in Saint Cloud, FL, San Antonio, Texas, and Monahan, Texas.
